Mystery customs get no revisions and only minor edits, as they're made to be surprises
I reserve the right to decline an order, or apply complexify fees if needed
Do not repost on art sites (i.e DA, FA, etc) without tagging me/giving credits (credit me via my TH/DA/FA/Twitter/Insta).
Any pre-made adoptable characters are yours to do anything you'd like with afterwards <3 However, if my designs are being used for hate of any kind or any kind of feral-lewd art you will be permanantly black listed from buying art/characters from me
All physical product item purchases are non-refundable. All physical good products are quality checked 2+ times before being sent out to their home. If for some reason your commission breaks in transit please email ( [email protected] ) with your invoice number, and proof of damage to be reviewed. Orders that are confirmed broken in transit will be replaced ASAP.
Refunds are available depending on the status of your order on a case by case basis.
Payment is only ever received through paypal via invoice.
Payment plans are accepted ordersn $100+ with set timeframes, and require a 20% non-refundable down payment
